Most problems come from poor communication. We keep it simple and clear. This page tells you how we communicate and when you can expect replies.

Hours

  • 7 days a week, 10:00–22:00 (ICT)

Channel

  • Email only for now. Please write to the project email we give you.
  • We track every email. Nothing gets lost.

Time to First Response

  • Priority (P1): deadline within 14 days (visa, work permit, tax filing, bank visit) → we reply within 24 business hours.
  • Standard (P2/P3): everything else → we reply within 48 business hours.

Proactive status updates

(for any filing or appointment we schedule)

  • D14, D7, D3, D1, and D+1 updates by email

Escalation

  • If we miss a response time, email [email protected].
  • A manager replies the next business day.

  • A service standard, not a legal promise.
  • Government and bank processing times are outside our control. We will keep you informed.
